If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 72 hours of receipt of reptile, and we replace the reptile or refund your money. All reptiles are guaranteed to be healthy, disease/parasite free, and feeding vigorously! We reserve the right to not honor our return policy for improper husbandry. Proof of claim may be required for a refund. All refunds and replacements are excluding the price of shipping. Sex of animals are guaranteed unless labeled TS. Geckos labeled TS (temperature sexed) are sold with no sex guarantee. TS females are incubated at 81 degrees and males at 89 degrees. SHIPPING: Live delivery is guaranteed. Shipping prices are based on zip code. Orders include insulated box, with heat or cold packs if needed, shipped next day to your door. We currently ship to all 50 States and Germany, please contact us prior to purchase if you are a Foreign buyer. There is a $800 minimum purchase for Foreign buyers unless purchase is being shipped to a Germany reptile show. Larger orders will have additional charges added, please contact us for shipping prices if you plan to order more than 4 reptiles. We reserve the right to delay shipping because of extreme weather conditions. We ship Monday-Wednesday. We are not responsible for currier delays or misshapes. Live delivery guarantee is void if package is not signed for on first delivery attempt. REPTILE HOLDS: We will hold a reptile for 10 days with a 25% deposit. If full payment is not received within 10 days 25% deposit will be lost. No refunds are given unless we cannot fill your order after hold or purchase.
